Shipping & delivery

We deliver across Cyprus. Every order is confirmed by phone before dispatch, so we can agree the delivery cost and timing with you — these depend on your location and the size and weight of the items. Small items are usually delivered within a few working days; large machinery may need a special delivery arrangement. You are always welcome to collect your order free of charge from our shop in Paralimni. Just choose your items online and we will call you to arrange pickup. Returns & refunds

Changed your mind? You may return unused items in their original, undamaged packaging within 14 days of receiving them, in line with Cyprus and EU consumer law. Please contact us first on +357 23825992 or at ergaliotehniki@gmail.com so we can arrange it. Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned item; the original delivery charge may not be refundable and return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty. Faulty or damaged items All our tools and machinery are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If something develops a fault, contact us and we will help arrange a repair or replacement through our workshop. Please note Consumables (oils, blades, lines, etc.) and special-order items may not be returnable once opened. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
